The Alkaline Method app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Alkaline Wellness. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Alkaline Wellness patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Alkaline Wellness provider. Communicate with Alkaline Wellness in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Alkaline Wellness patients and you cant use the app unless youre a Alkaline Wellness patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Alkaline Wellness uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
